Who is responsible for your data?

Pyronix Production, whose details appear in the legal notice. Contact: contact@pyronix-production.com.

What data do we collect?

When you send the quote form: your name, e-mail address, phone number, the date, type and place of the event, the show you are interested in, the number of guests, your budget and your message.

We also keep the language of the site and the page you write from, as well as where your visit came from (originating site or campaign). This origin stays in your browser for the session and is only attached to your request.

Why, and on what basis?

To answer your request and prepare a quote (pre-contractual steps), then follow up on it. Anonymous visit statistics rely on our legitimate interest in improving the website.

For how long?

Your request is kept for three years after our last exchange, then deleted.

Who receives this data?

The Pyronix Production team, and only the technical providers needed to run the website: the host (PlanetHoster) and the business mailbox (Google Workspace). We do not sell your data or pass it on for advertising.

A backup copy of the requests is e-mailed every week to the Pyronix Production contact address.

Cookies and statistics

This website uses no tracking cookies, so it shows no cookie banner. We count page views, clicks on contact buttons and the origin of visits anonymously. No personal identifier is created and your IP address is not recorded.

YouTube videos

Videos are loaded from YouTube (enhanced privacy mode) only when you click play. YouTube may then set its own cookies.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction or erasure, a restriction or objection to its processing, and its portability, by writing to contact@pyronix-production.com.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (autoriteprotectiondonnees.be).
